My stay at Holiday Inn was absolutely delightful! The buffet-style meals in Phumulani restaurant were beyond delicious—each dish, especially the traditional delicacies served on themed buffet nights, was cooked with so much care. The pool area was stunning, and I truly appreciated the well-maintained gardens surrounding it. The staff were welcoming, and during my visit, I particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere over coffee while the house band created a delightful ambiance in the Kobulawayo bar.

i almost was going to give this hotel a decent review, but the rude staff and their opaque breakfast policy completely ruined it. Plus, the cockroaches in my room? Absolutely unacceptable. A complimentary upgrade would’ve been nice too, considering the inconveniences. Next time, i’ll definitely choose a place that respects its guests more.

Had a decent stay, loved the huge TV in the room and the comfy beds. The breakfast was tasty, especially the fresh omelets! Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster for streaming. a solid spot to crash.
